Hi, I am victor and i am with the employer for 2 yrs now.

i got my PR 5 months ago Under RSMS 857

my employer is making me work 46 hrs on roaster plus any eextra hours.

i had a verbal argument with my manager as he was really rude.

now he gave me a first and final warning, stating termination of my employment.

and also changed my roaster to 6 days a week, with 2 shifts less than 6 hrs.

I checked my award and the roaster is not on the line with guidelines of the award.

what will happen to my PR if employer terminated my employment?? As a matter of fact I sooner or later it will happen.

what will happen to my PR if I resign..?? ...

Any expert advice is welcomed and much appreciated.

Notwithstanding commentary about this issue on the DIAC website, there are currently no conditions imposed on subclass 857 visas that require visa holders to work for a given employer, or at all.

That said, I most strongly advise that you take professional advice before committing to a course of action.
