Anyone flown Emirates ex Adelaide ?

Hi,we have just arrived back from a full month in the UK(2 Hrs ago!)Flew with Emirates and no complaints.The whole journey back took around 22/23 hrs and back in my house enjoying a glass of wine around a day after leaving the UK Airport.That is all that matters to me,a quick journey(relatively speaking of course)Also,on first leg to Dubai we were sprawled out on a half empty A380 Airbus.The cost was not dissimilar to Singapore or other Airlines when we booked.We only booked that flight around 6 weeks before going.My advice would be to keep checking for flight sales.Of course we all have different circumstances and requirements,but if you want to get from A to B quick then Emirates are good,and the service is also good in flight.Best of luck .

I agree with Sueoc - flew with Emirates from Adelaide - Manchester - Adelaide in April and great flight times/connections. Plenty of room - myself and my daughter had two seats each on all but one of the legs. Was good not to have to hang around with long transit times; luckily we didn't have any delays.

Just returned from 5 weeks in UK and Europe, flew direct to Newcastle via Dubai,arrived at 12 midday in my sisters house by 1 pm.Great flight back apart from lengthy trip thru Adelaide airport customs,in bed by 11 pm and slept for 6 hours.Total flight time 23 hours, good food and entertainment and the transfer between Dubai terminals was not a hassle.
