I currently work for first direct in a callcentre environment arranging mortgages/personal loans for existing and new customers. Myself, husband and 2 children are hoping to move out ASAP. Husband has a sponsorship with BMW on a 457. The general feeling/response I am getting is that companies would not be keen on employing me on my husbands visa. I would be grateful to receive info/feedback from anyone who has come up against this obstacle or have found that this hasn't really been issue? Also feedback would be appreciated on how easy it would be to get a similar job and what the job market is like at the moment?

No, we never had this issue. Just don't mention the visa when you apply unless asked. Then say you have full working rites (which you do).
