Hi,

As we are hopefully approaching the time that we will get news of our visa, we were wondering how anyone who has got their visa received it. Was it by e mail or by post? We lodged our visa application online. Does this mean we will get news of our visa online too?

Hi,

we got our grant letter by email, we did a paper application, this had a section that asked if we want communication by email or post and took the email option.

If you use an agent they know first I think

Thanks for your reply. We didn't use an agent and hopefully we will receive our news by e mail! Don't think I could bear the suspense if it was in the post!

Our agent text us from oz at 5 in the morning on our daughters phone - we heard the phone buzzing and she walked in asking who' go matilda' was and why they were telling us our visa had been granted! She was very shocked by our reaction - I'll never forget that moment as long as I live
