Breaking lease in Hallett Cove 3 bed house perfect position

    Due to the contracts finishing where i work,and the likelyhood of no further work coming in,we are returning to the UK,and are breaking the lease on our 3 bed house on the Cove road,Hallett Cove.The house is a lovely detached single level home,with large gardens and views of the sea from the rear,also has 2 garages and a large (garage size) shed for storage,very handy for shipping boxes.The house is a 5 minute walk to Hallett cove school which is a great school and takes ages from reception to year 12 ideal if you have children of different ages,and they can walk to school together,as our 2 girls do.It has a lovely outside covered dining area and patio,also ducted air con and heating,and a modern kitchen with dishwasher etc.

    It is also near the Hallett cove shoping centre which has everything you want on your doorstep.The rent is $340.00 a week which is very reasonable for this area.

    The house will be available end of November 2013,the lease ends February 2014 and could then be renewed,houses in this area do not come up very often due to the perfect location.

    Also have a great car available if anyone is interested,its a Silver 2004 VW Golf 1.8 GTI,as new condition with only 60,000 kms on the clock (40,000 miles) want around $9,500.00 for the Golf ( I will include the Sat nav too ),Paid alot more for it a few months ago !!
