Breaking lease on a 4 bedroom new house in South Plympton

Hi All,

 

We will be breaking our lease in around 2 months time on the rental in South Plympton as my parents are moving interstate so my small family has to move out to a smaller house.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, massive lounge/ dining area, double garage. The kitchen is huge with all new appliances including the dishwasher. Pet friendly. A very good location within walking distance from Castle Plaza Shopping Center.

 

It's $425 a week with a 4-week bond.

Hi Tracey - my husband and I are interested - we are just two but expecting a baby in April and my husband is from Germany so lots of visitors next year too... when does the lease expire?

Thanks but we have found the tenant already. You can search on realestate.com.au for lots of potential houses.
