Enfield ???

Enfield was established in the 50s, so much of the housing reflects this. 1/4acre blocks with 3br brick houses, not very exciting architecture. However, it is undergoing a transformation, with many houses being knocked down and replaced with more modern housing, usually a few houses replacing the old one.

Streets are wide and tree lined and it is close to good facilities and easy bus route to The City. City 15mins, Semaphoe beach 15mins, 45mins to the Barossa, 20mins to the hills. Very easy to some lovely areas with cafes and restaurants, North Adelaide and Prospect Rd.

There is a fairly high number of migrants from all regions in this area these days and some of the neighbouring suburbs are less desirable.

Hey there, I lived close to Enfield for nearly a year and there was always trouble in that area there are lovely areas close to Enfield though, one of them is Collinswood, it's expensive but so nice :) and walkerville is another one which is really lovely too, these areas are closer to the city and have regular buses traveling through to the city :) which is so convenient, but it all depends on where you want to live, close to the city, close to the beach or close to the hills?
