I have flown with Jetstar many times and don't have any issues with them.

This news item from an irate passenger who penned a complaint to them is just so funny.

For a real laugh you have to read the entire letter with the link at the bottom of the news article. Adults only and totally non politically correct though!

Very very funny. It looks llike he writes complaint letters for aliving. He's good at it though.
