After 2 years of planning, we finally arrived in windy Adelaide this evening on a very bumpy plane! Hooray! Bottle of champas tonight and then down to work tomorrow!

You've only just arrived in Adelaide tonight, and you're already online?! WOW! That's keen! You've missed the mad heat of the last few days, so make the most of the more temperate climes of tonight and tomorrow. The day after looks to be a bit more difficult for new arrivals from the UK, so I wish you well, shelagh1973. Adelaide's great!! Enjoy it all. Thank you all for a lovely welcome. Today was glorious although we slept in until 1.30! I reckon jet lag and not the champagne.

Yep i'm sure it was!....in fact you might find the jet lag lasts for months here, what with all the local wines to try!
