Could anyone lead me in the right direction for a good miggration agent who can help and assist with advice on sponsering my daughter to be with us in Adelaide.

Its a mine field out there..we would appreciate any feed back..Thank you.

If you give a few more details, it might be possible for people here to help a bit more...for instance what are the circumstances of her being left behind- is she under 18 or over 18 - dependent on you financially or not- in a relationship / job etc.

 

If she is an independent adult for instance, she will need to check whether she has working skills that are needed in Aus- she can check this through the SOL or CSOL lists. Start her at http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect . If aged between 18 & 31 she could at least get a year on a Working Holiday Visa (or two if she does 88 days Specified work in the first year). There are several options according to her circumstances.
