    Can anyone advise me of the best way to claim my tax and super back after returning to the UK.

    You can only claim your super back if you don't have pr.

    We were on a 176 state sponsored pr visa. Tax year 2013-2014.

    Hi

     

    So pretty straight forward I think.

     

    You/Your Accountant can now lodge your tax return for the 13/14 financial year, you should have your Group Tax Certificate soon if you have not already received it and this will ensure that you receive any tax back you are due.

     

    Regards Super as Blossom has mentioned only eligible temporary residents who have a visa expiring/expired are able to claim back their super.

    I am trying to do my tax return, I am trying to register MyGov account but unfortunately I don't have an Australian mobile number for the SMS number...Can anyone tell me how I get round this! Will I need to ring them?

    I'd run to Kmart and buy one for 20 bucks....I'll be cheaper than holding for the tax office!
