courier documents to uk

Hi im in the process of selling my uk house & have to send signed documents to my solicitor. Ive just couriered them 2-4 days using the post office but it cost me $55 can anyone recommend anywhere that might do it a bit cheaper? Thanks

I guess if its a lot of paperwork then it would cost more weight wise.

 

For something we wanted to send registered post we bought one of those pre paid international air mail A4 envelopes. Stuffed the paperwork inside and its signed for the other end. Cost of the envelope and postage all in one was $22. There was a max weight but we didn't exceed it.
