Wondered that myself. Too many anachronisms around these days.

 

Eurovision is for the Europeans and is more about politics than talent. Sure, the song has to be reasonable but when it comes to voting, trade and alliances take over. Call me a cynic but that's how I see it. Too many undeserving wins prove the point. As good as Home Boy Guy may be, I think he'll just be viewed as 'half time entertainment'.
