Specifics for occupations for 190 visas

My sister in Ireland is starting to look into permanent residency to Adelaide. She has a degree in Marketing & is currently working in a Sales management role in a pharmacy, so Sales & Marketing Manager is the one she’s looking at on the Occupations list, but wants to know how you find out exactly what they are looking for in terms of experience & capability’s. Is there anywhere that lists exactly what they want you to be able to do for specific occupations?

She needs to work through the Gov website on the 190.

I would imagine she would need a skills assessment. And to be invited to apply. 

And a certain number of points (it may be 60, it may be more is needed)

If she is struggling to get to grips with it all, she may well be advised to run her case past a reputable migration agent to see if she stands a chance at a visa.

From what you have posted, your sister's prospects of obtaining a  (mandatory) positive pre-migration skills assessment in a management role are not good.
