Hi everyone, It has been a while! Just an update

Application date: 12 Sep 2021

Acknowledgement: 12 Sep 2021

State: NSW

Test Date: 17 May 2022

I have a few questions for those who already took the test (recently)/who can help. 

• What was the test like and how long did it take? If you have any practice resource(s) to share, it will be greatly appreciated!
• What/how many documents did you take to the test? (I got a list in the invite email but just trying to be safe)

Any other information that you think is helpful/important please share.

Application submitted - 17/06/2021

Exam appointment letter - 15/07/2021

Exam taken and approval - 12/08/2021

Citizenship ceremony appointment letter 08/04/2022

Citizenship ceremony to be attended - 09/05/2022

Hi,
We are Indian citizen and can apply for Australian one now.
Should we both apply for citizenship on only one?
Is there any benefit by applying Aus citizen for one person and keeping the Indian for the other one.

Finally done with the citizenship ceremony. Mine was on 13 May 2022 at Bankstown council.

Application date April 2021
Citizenship test : 31 January 2022
Invitation to attend ceremony: 22 April 2022
Citizenship ceremony: 13 May 2022.

I have had the appointment and completed the exam 100% on 14th June and still haven't been approved. What do you think I should do ? email them and ask ?

Looks like there is a slight delay mate.

You should receive the approval letter by next month (if you haven't yet)

It usually take about 6 - 12 weeks after the test to get the approval letter. (mine took 6 weeks and a bit)

I am also waiting to be allocated a ceremony date.

Hi everyone. I passed the test and got approval on 8th/Aug. Now waiting for the invitation to the ceremony from Whittlesea council VIC. However, I'll move to another place (different council) 2 weeks later, what should I do to update my new address to the immigration office? Thanks in advance.

i applied 13 jul 2022 my file ...till now i havent received anything .... can anyone have the same suituation as mine.
