hi all,

is there anyone still issue the same problem as going to your account and they show " go back to your online account" ?

May I ask when did you apply? I have had this problem since yesterday and now still.

We are experiencing the same problem since last evening

Applied for our 887 on 29th August 2018 through a migration Agent in Sydney living in a regional area of NSW for past three years still waiting for contact from a CO

Thanks Victor for confirming, I don't think they have opened files for August yet, so i believe it just a system errors that affect the majority.

Thanks,

It means the application has been already passed. CO needs all applicants to be in Australia for the finalization.

Do we have to submit home country's PCC at the time of apply or we can apply 887 and upload PCC later ?

You can provide police certificates later. 🙂

Hi guys, can you guys please suggest the naming convention to attach documents? is there any standard way of doing it? I want to make sure that it is straight forward for the visa officer when he or she open the application  😂😂😂😂

There is no standard way, but good idea to make it as clear as possible. 🙂 Examples:

John_Smith_Birth_Certificate_Original

John_Smith_Passport_UK

John_Smith_Marriage_Certificate_Translated

John_Smith_AFP_Certificate_Jan_2019

John_Smith_Payslips_2017-2018

John_Smith_Residency_Proof_2017-2019

Etc 🙂

Thank you so much, Russki, very helpful and I will follow your suggestion.

Another question, I have lived in three different addresses during the last two years, when I attached lease agreements, bank statements, utility bills, etc where I should upload as there is one specified location. SHould I scan all docs as one document or can I attach them in other document section?

Thanks, heaps in advance!
