This pom in Adelaide is really helpful forum  & this forum really showing accurate dates of open file, second timers  grant visa & many others things.

Seems like COs are clearing up the backlog. So, second-timers who applied on or before Nov can expect some good news soon ???

Hi,

Just to clarify, is it 2 years employment we need to upload or just for 1 year?

I have uploaded only for 1 year and not sure if it is enough or not.

Second instalment

You will have to pay another fee, called a second instalment, for every additional family member who is 18 years old or older if:

  • they have less than functional English.
  • you did not pay the second instalment for this family member when you applied for your current skilled visa.

This might apply if your child has turned 18 since they were granted their current skilled visa.

The second instalment is AUD 4890. This fee is in addition to the additional family members’ fee.

Do I need to certify documents and submit or just submit Bank statement and Superannuation only?

Good news for the visa for your new born.

The second time on, when I was asked for the 1 year employment documents; I have just submitted the bank statements and super statements and asked if other documents are needed, since I had already supplied certified documents the first time when I was asked about it.

Have been contacted again today by CO Adam, he has asked for clarification on a debt of $4250 in my wife's name ..... But other information on what this could be for etc. 

I am trying to check all avenues apart from ATO and or traffic, as i have done them already.

Any idea's, i am on Hold with the department to find out if they could give any further information.?

It's weird. They granted your newborn baby without Passport. When did you submit your baby birth certificate?

Does CO request your baby medical check on today?

Only my wife, me and my children (7 years old and 5 years old)
Waiting, waiting.... so tired. Hopefully, CO does not ask for anything more
