VETASSSESS negative...any adviced on review?

I applied VETASSESS as a Program Administrator (511112) but received a negative result. 


I paid for a fast track, which is supposed to be done in 10 working days. It turns out that VETASSESS used only 6 days, with no phone calls (which my agent claimed it probably would happen), and very brief comments. 


I am indeed a genuine Program administrator (my title is Project Coordinator, though) working in a university. I'm going to file a review - could anyone kindly give me some advices of how to write the explanation letter? thanks so much in advance!!

If your agent was a registered migration agent, it is probably best to consult your agent.

If your agent was not registered, it might pay you to consult a registered agent.
