887 advice

hi all

Can someone give bit advice on relocation period from city to regional while 489 granted, just need to know, will that period include in 2 years residance  to apply 887 because it took me around 4 nd half months to move from city to regional, if i include 4 months period to relocate then my two years are completed, whereby am eligible to apply 887 thanks

5 things to apply.

1) at least 2 years with the 489
2) at least 2 years living regionally
3) at least 1 year working regionally
4) functional level of English
5) police certificates / clearances

then fill all the forms, apply, pay, etc...
