We are breaking our lease on our 4 bed, 2 minute walk from the beach house in Brighton. We are looking for someone to take over the lease. Would be from 23rd July, $425.00 a week. A proper bargain!!!!!:chatterbox:

The house is an older style with 4/5 bedrooms, two bathrooms a large sun room/play room seperate dining room and lounge. There are pictures available to look at on domain real estate, if you are in Adelaide then you are more than welcome to have a look the address is 33 Oleander Street West, South Brighton. It has a large entertainment area and grassed area. Reverse cycle cooling/heatingIt is walking distance to Jetty Road and all the local shops etc. Its a lovely road which is really quiet and especially suitable for a family.
