just alittle question, on the on-line status inquirey page documents change from

REQUIRED then to RECEIVED when they receive the documents right ok, after that do you have to wait for your documents change then from

RECEIVED to then FINALISED

hope someone understands my question and can help me out

OUrs changed from required to received, then some changed to met but the others didn't until the day the visa was granted.

thanks gurl i just wondered if EVERYTHING has to change from RECEIVED to then FINALISED before the case officer hands it over.

i know all are medicals have been finalised did anything else of yours changed to FINALISED before the visa.

Ours changed to met when we had a case officer but Garry's police check was sent 3 times and only changed when they approved our visa.

Have you got an agent?

I'm asking because there are 2 departments or email addresses that documents get sent to (at least this is what we were told) and when i had a moan at our agent they sent them to the second department and we got our visa the next day.

think i know what you mean david was telling me this last night he scanned some over the first time and second time, but on the 3rd time he sent them attached to the e-mail

Our agent told us there are 2 ways to send documents. Have you tried calling aspc and getting the confirmed email address that they want them scanned to, they might give you the back door entrance i think thats what our agent did. I'm don't know if this makes sense!
