Sorry to bore you all but we've got a viewing on Friday, house been on the market since June and only one viewing and they cancelled, so changed EA last week and got a viewing. Not getting too excited though cos the way the market is at the moment who knows. Just wanted to share my news with all you great people.

I hope it goes well for you on Friday. We had a viewing on Sunday.....so up early cleaning/washing floors etc. Lady arrived and had a good look around and said it would be the type of bungalow she would be looking for but not in a position to put in an offer at the moment - why bother arranging a viewing? So frustrating!!
