House sale update

We have a first time buyer buying our house who has £60,000 deposit. His mortgage has now been approved and we aim to exchange within 3 weeks and complete on 21st November.

I've been trying to keep my feet on the ground but now i'm so excited.

After all the stress of getting the visa, dropping the house by so much, everything seems to be falling into place.

I'm just booking our leaving party at the moment. One last p*** up before we go.

Just needed to share it with someone who understands how we feel, can't tell our families cos they'll give us more emotional blackmail.
