Hi

 

 

We are a couple who have started a process of emigrating to NZ but are now starting to change our minds and are now thinking of Adelaide.

 

My Fiancee is a secondary school maths teacher so would be able to go because of her job.

 

To buy a house and after putting down what money we have to bring across we would be borrowing around $200k. Does anyone out there have any rough costs of what our standard outgoings would be as in

 

utilities - gas/water/electric

monthly repayments on $200k

council tax

or any other outgoings that are standard.
