Accommodation in Sydney

    Recommended Posts

Can anyone recommend any accommodation in Sydney please. It needs to be City Central, family friendly and could cater for 6 people. It does not need to be fancy just clean and homely ( an apartment would be ideal). We are hoping to go there in May but I am struggling to find anything.

    Thanks:).

    Hi

We stayed in the Hyde Park Inn in January, which I found very reasonable, good location, and clean. We actually had a hotel room (which sleeps up to five) which had it's own bathroom and small kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. They also have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

It was easy to get around from, walking distance to all the shops, amp tower etc, and if needed easy walking distance to get buses to Bondi Beach, circular keys etc and also easy walking to darling harbour. Also walking distance to oxford street, where there were bottle shops, chemists, post office, iga etc

When I rang up to book, asked for any deals and my kids went free.

Also had good security (i've never seen this before, so don't know if it's common) but you had a swipe card for the lift, and you could only get to your floor by using it, so others that wasn't on your floor, couldn't get to you. Hope that makes sense.:err:

I've put a link up for you, if you're interested.

Have a good time. I love Sydney :wubclub:
