Singapore Update

Hi Guys

 

Well the flight from Manchester to Singapore with Singapore Airlines was very pleasant indeed. In fact the best flight I have ever experienced. The cabin crew were very professional, yet friendly and very very attentive. Food, snacks and drinks served throughout the whole journey and nothing was too much trouble for them! We arrived at 6.00am and have slept until 6.00pm! We are now just having a look around this lovely place and going for something to eat.

 

Have just checked my emails and have a few from home BIG MISTAKE! I know that I have moaned a lot recently about emotions, but I am a very emotional person. Right now I feel like boarding a plane back to the UK rather than onto Adelaide. I am not tired anymore but I am hungry!!! I will of course continue the journey to Adelaide and see how it goes from there. I dont have any expectations at the moment and perhaps that is a good thing, Keeping an open mind, but not easy when Amber keeps telling me Mum I want to go HOME!

 

Flight out of here is 23.50 and therefore will get some more sleep on the way to Adelaide. Should arrive there refreshed and ready to face the day.

 

Will post again as soon as I have internet access, and thankyou all for your good wishes on my last post.

Just look forward to your new life, the first day can be hard you realise how far away you are, but then after a good nights sleep its all wonderful!

Good to hear that you have arrived in Singapore safely and had a good journey. Obviously with some more rest and a full tummy hopefully you will feel much better and focused for your onward trip to Adelaide. Good luck for the rest of your journey and keep us updated.
