Looking for some advice

Hi Everyone,

 

We have been granted our 176 visa and hope to be in Adelaide by August. We have a problem though. We have a house in Ireland which we cannot sell because estate agents won't even view it because they can't sell anything in our town. We would have the same problem with renting it out and even if we could it wouldn't cover the mortgage repayments.

What would be the repercussions in Oz if we just gave the keys back to the bank and agreed to have it repossessed.

Would appreciate any help or advice
