    Would just like to add to this post,we have lived here for the last Five months due to waiting for our house to be built. it is in a fantastic location with easy access to the city and Glenelg.Tristan is a great bloke and looked after us well if we had any problems. Wish we had found somewhere like this for our early days in Adelaide.

    Could you tell me how much a week it is? We live in Hallett Cove but my son is here on a whv and wants his own space ( so do we ). He and his partner are both working ( car sales and insurnce ). How much is the bond ? Many thanks Sherilyn

    Less than 12 month rental is $345 per week. Included are all property rates & taxes. Water usage, electricity and gas are connected and are simply split over the period of time of each bill that involves you. This saves disconnection and reconnection charges.

    Just a couple of questions, is the property fully furnished? and would the second bedroom sleep 2 children? We will be coming over August 24th and will be looking for short term rental.

    Hi Rich & Chit,

    The second bedroom is currently setup as a home office. It is a pretty small bedroom. How old are the kids? I could remove the desk and possibly put in bunks. Then they'd fit! :)

    Oops... Yes... it is fully furnished. You need only arrive with your clothes and tooth brush.
