Leaking Pipes in Rentals

Last night we noticed wet patches on our carpet in our rental property thinking its probably a leaky pipe from when we used the shower, due to it being 6.30 in the evening I emailed our letting agent then phoned them this morning, my letting agent was very cross with me for not phoning the night before when we first noticed the problem apparently their phone is twenty-four hours for emergency.

 

Word of warning for anyone in a rental is check what number to call in an emergency and if its twenty-four hour we were not aware and never thought to ask when we first took out our rental.
