Hi , I'm due to start my Electrical Gap Training at Peer , just wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get the Aussie electrical standards AS 3000:2007 , 3008 , 3017 , 3012 books , without having to pay a small fortune for them .

Likewise, has anyone got any ideas where I can get current copies of AS 3000:2007, 3008, 3012 & 3017? Do you need a copy of all these standards for the exam?

You could try SAI Global http://www.standards.org.au/SearchandBuyAStandard/Pages/default.aspx.

 

If you try Australian Standards their website will send you to SAI Global anyway.

They used to have a place on Greenhill Road but on-line would be your best bet, don't forget to keep all your receipts too for tax time
