We are moving back to England in September and cancelling the lease on our rental in Seacombe Gardens. The house is within walking distance of Marion with it's shopping Mall and Transport links.

The house was new when we moved in last February, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Lounge/diner etc, North facing living area to catch the winter sun.

It is available from 9th September, but if anybody would like to view without going through the "Open" in about 15 mins, then please pm me.

Rent will be A$400 week.
