Have I done this right, I have washed all my hand tools with a mild zoflora disinfectant mix, swilled them off and WD40'd then, I have also washed and cleaned out the tool boxes the same way. Would this be acceptable for shipping?

that will be fine, they weren't as strict as what we thought, they didn't even look under our shoes after all that cleaning! however if it's not nailed down they will pa k it, they are so fast, hope we meet up on the other side, good luck!
