With gods grace ,i got my visa grant today. i was asked for ilets for subsequent entrant on 14april for which i provided letter from college that medium of instruction during graduation was english and is accepted by immi department.

YOU Need to get login history only once . if you have completed your one year work ,apply for Mptp login history atleast fifteen days before, because once you apply they will send you by mail form to fill and send them back by mail.

I'm a new member. please enlighten me regarding my confusions. i'm on 489 visa where my two years stay in designated area condition will fulfil this July 2016, but 1 year full-time job requirement is not fulfil yet. i find it's very hard to find a full-time job in designated area.

however, i started driving taxi under ABN from last august and usually drive 4 days a week over 45hrs p/wk. and also work in a retail shop casually.

now my questions are:

1. is driving Taxi is acceptable as self-employment to immigration?

2. if yes, how can i be considered as full time worker..work 35 hrs p/wk is ok or do i need to work five days?

3. can i include my other job with self employment

4. what are the documents should i have to keep and collect as evidences to prove my full time work?

5. after start driving taxi i only took a week off ...should i deduct that week from one year?

i've a lot of questions..please share ur experience and information. thanks in advance

These are answers to your questions.

1 TAXI Driving is accepted as a self employment by immigration.

2 You can provide MPTP LOGIN HISTORY FROM TAXI SERVICE COMMISSION MOST OF MY FRIEND WHO DRIVE TAXI WERE ASKED TO SUBMIT LOGIN HISTORY

Login history can be easily taken from tasi service commission by writing them email. It takes one week.

3 yes you should provide details of other job also .

4 Tax return , your GST statement letter from taxi depot and login history from taxi service commission are enough . all my friends submitted them

5 No need to deduct one week as much much i know but not sure about this.

My two year period starts on 20 jan thats why i applied it on 21st jan but they converted it to 20 jan. IS THERE ANY ONE WHO APPLIED VISA ON THE SAME DATE ON WHICH THERE TWO YEARS COMPLETE.

I applied today by email and got acknowledgement today.

If I am nit wrong earlier it was taking one week. In case I m right may be processing will get fast In coming days.

I have been silently reading this forum from a long time and I really appreciate all of you helping each other’s. I am planning to lodge my application in the first-week of Feb, just waiting for few things. I have a question if anyone can help me, I am a secondary applicant on 487 visa and applying as the Primary applicant for 887 and I know by reading previous posts, the online option is not available in this case. So I am trying fill out an online application and trying to get to a page where error says I am not eligible so I can send an email to DIBP.

Que: At what point do we get an error as I have completed 80% of my online application and didn't get and error?

i got error at 27 % completion of my online application.

If you are not getting error may be they have updated system . I will try again and tell u my result. As i have just filledforms and will submit on 21 st jan

Thanks Nov 16 . But i dont know vis numbers . Althrough i have visa labels on my passport can i write visa number. If yes where is a visa label number written on visa . If someone can help me.

Hi everyone,

i Am filling form 1276 and i dont know the exact answer of question 65. Which states provide details of visas previously held or current visa.

I have given deatails of my 489 visa do i need to provide details of study visas as well althrough actually i extended twice my study visa twice and provided detail of visa i held before 489 .

please help ?

Karan has already explained how we filled up form 1276. tick subsequent entrant from question 2 and q 73 you can mention which subclass you are applying. i hope you have already contacted and received instructions from immi how to submit your application through email so just reply to that email attaching all supported documents.

THANKS FOR REPLY. Although i contacted immigration twice through technical support form but i haven't got any reply back from them . sO should i wait for it or i can simply apply it myself . I first contacted them on 22 december.

if you check form 1276 question no 73 asking you what visa you applying for.

And dont worry migration people can check your details with your passport number (also in form 1276 somewhere asks you what visa you are on now)

I had the same situation, immi account wouldn't let me apply online saying 'i dont not hold ?????? something like that'. then called to skilled migration people they advised me to apply by Email and advised to complete form 1276, attach all related docs. and I am also told to send a print screen (in my case i was getting message on the half way when i was applying online on immi) so i took a photo or print screen (a button on laptop keyboard called prtsc when you press that button it will take a photo of your screen) and attached with the email.

but after couple of days i was checking the receipt which i recived when i applied for 489, found they my first name +surname and again frist name (like frist name A and last name B they put ABA) when i tried the same name in immi ac my file took a step forward and i was able to submit online. i am sharing this story may be you have the same issues just check the receipt not the acknowledgment (i mean when you applied for 489 you must have recieved acknowlegment and receipt.

if the issues is same apply by email, send them your application and attach all docs and must attach prtsc with your email.

okey in my email i mentioned the issue and also told them skilled migration people advised me to apply by email. hope this will help you

Thanks a lot karan for your input . In my case problem is i was secondary applicant during 489 and not main applicant and now i am applying as a main applicant.

so how you finally submit your application online or by email.

HII Puitta , I am also applying 887 by email will you pease tell me did you wrote cover letter or something like that to indicate that you are applying for visa 887 . because there is no box to tick where we can indicate we are applying for class 887 visa in form 1276.

Please help me i am very confused.

AND should i write something in question 2 or leave it blank and just fill FROM PART a THAT IS QUESTION 3 .

Hiii,

I am going to apply 887 by email but when I read form 1276 there is not any option to tick that i am applying for visa 887 . How immigration will come to know know that i am applying for 887 and not for 476 . Please help someone as there are number of persons who applied using email. I was secondary applicant during 489 grant.

i am applying for 887 visa by email . i was secondary applicant at the time of 489 but now applying as a main applicant. I want statuary declaration form format .

Hope some one can help me. and my second question is it taking more time for applying by email compared to who applied online.
