I got my visa today.

Docs requested : 28 November 2016

Docs submitted : 1 Feb 2017 (took 2 months because i had to get a a police clearance certificate from Sri Lanka)

Visa grant : 16 March 2017

No brother nothing I called Immigration department and they told me to check mails regularly , no excact time frame given by them as they told keep patience DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL SEND ME GOLDEN EMAIL 10 YRS IN AUSTRALIA STILL WAITING VERY SLOW DEPARTMENT

I am so frustrated now it's been 2 months exact when I submitted my docs AGAIN and you get a SLA of 6 weeks. When I called all they say wait we have your case but wait. I don't know wait for what. Have already lost so many opportunities that I can't count and these guys are useless seriously

I can understand your frustration as I'm on the same 'WAIT' boat as you. Looks like team 10 doesn't care about the pending cases.
