Hi,

Did you put your parents and siblings as non migrating family member and they were asked to do a medical exam? I have declared mine as non migrating but I wonder why they are being required to do medical on my immi account. They are not my dependents.

please check your application summary you need to select all family members as other family not non migrant dependants. If You have put your family members name as non migrating dependent then migration will ask you for more documents. If you have made this mistake add one form 1023 and correct information put all family member as other family.

Same scenario happen to me and now I have to wait another 3 months only because of that illy mistake. Case officer ask me to submit form 1023 to change information or provide more document how they are dependent on me.

11/11/2016 someone remove my date from list

I got Case officer Today. Asked for form 1023 for non-migrating family member by mistake i put family member names in non-migrating family member it should be in other family member.

Send From 1023 with correction hopefully heard back from them soon.
