189 visa- pending since March 2017

Hi
I have applied for 189 visa on March 15th. Soon after on March 20th, CO got allocated and requested to undertake medical exam.
I have completed my medicals n updated my immi account on April 3rd. Since then, I haven't heard anything from my CO.
Since it has been almost 4 months passed, Now I'm worried about my application.
Any advice on how to chase my application progress would be highly appreciated. Or do I just Need to keep waiting until I get a reply?
