hi all,

how do i inform department about incorrect answer?

I answer like below :

Details of children
Does the applicant have children including any who may be deceased?
No

my partner add my first child in application and my second child already citizen. in my partner application both my child mention . but I misunderstood question i thought question asking for adding any children in application so i given answer NO. 

please any one help.

 i am right with this answer? or i need to submit form 1023 for incorrect answer? if yes where can i submit this form?

Thanks russki for nice info. Means next 5 years I don't need RRV to enter back in Australia but after 5 years needs RRV to enter back.

And I read that this visa valid for 5 years and then after have to take resident rerun visa? Is this correct?

I called 2 weeks before at that time they said me just wait until you finished 12 months because that time it's under process time so they did not see my application In detail and this time I told it's already 12 months and I did polite reqest to check my file but still he said he can not do anything actually it's their standard answer but for me they done good helps each time. CO is Kimberley.

Yes finally 887 visa granted for me, my wife and newborn daughter after 12 months and 3 days.

First CO - new born 489 visa ( 02 Feb 2018)

Second CO - new born add in applications (25 may 2018) I did call for adding newborn to my file was taken too much time. 

Third CO - newborn medical (26 June) 

Fourth CO - grant today .i called yesterday too. Look like I called each time. 

Thank you everyone for your kind support and informations.I pray god for Russki, sk 10 , Hsk and Rickey got grant very soon who already over 12 months now. And best of luck everyone.

Those who are on 2nd and 3rd timers like Russki, HSK and all September to December 2017 applicants can try calling them and try to convey your concerns very very politely..Your voice over the phone matters...

Hopefully you guys should get some positive response.

Give them a valid and Genuine reason... Not like i got a job in Metro or need to go for vacation, etc...

I asked my lawyer to contact adam on sep 6 as it had been 3 months after his last contact.

Adam called my lawyer yesterday, saying he hasnt received the last documents (which is weird). Lawyer said she had evidence thet she submitted. He asked us to send the documents again and wallah, 11.30 this morning received the grant

Today again I called the call center and spoken to the customer lady with the loud voice but she keeps telling under global processing time. its seems like STOP after 3rd Feb.

Seems like by end of this year, they only process Feb applications and next year from March . Last year they did until mid September applications.
