Hi Russki,
Had a doubt, is it necessary to email our CO once we have submitted the requested documents or it is OK if we upload in our immigration account and click on "I confirm I provided the requested documents". Also, at first I have panicked seeing request for more documents and have send the same AFP through email on the same day itself and dint noticed that my CO has asked for afp with all my alias name. On April 11th, I have uploaded afp with all alias name in my immi account but didnt email it to the CO. So, do I need to email them again or it is OK if I uploaded on immi account???

Hi Suhana,
Yes, please include all the names you have been known by. Including maiden name.
Thank you Russki, but where do I put my maiden name as we got coloum for other given name but none for maiden name.

Hi guys, a quick question to u all... Please respond if possible.. Like u all know that I have been asked for AFP again. So, do I need to include my mother's maiden name in police clearance as in our culture after marriage we change our last name to husband's family name. So, do I need to include my previous name before marriage in PCC...what do u guys reckon??
Thanks

Suhana, I reckon you get a new AFP and may be with your partner (just in case they need your partner's one after you submit yours). Good news is that you dont have any other issue with your application. As soon as they see your AFP, you will be granted. So basically your PR is one month away!

Yes nish, I applied for new one... For safe side. Thanks

Suhana, what I feel is if there is a gap between pcc and application date its possible that they ask for a new one. And its also possible they put extra emphasis on main applicants info. Not always they ask things just because we have made any mistake. In your case out of your 24 months 2 months are not covered by afp.. that might be the case.. this is just what I think.. Anyway dont panic.. there has been many instances where they ask for additions docs , sometimes the docs you have already submitted.. So hang on there and if you feel submit a new one to cover the entire period do it.. Best thing is your file is on the top of the pile.. So things have already started working out for you.. Our duty is back up our case with as much as evidence..

That may be the reason. you have 2 months gap
But, my husband also applied on same date and CO didn't ask for him...why only mine. May be CO has not check my application in a proper way...

Are the names in AFP & your application is exactly matching? or as @Kate said the date of AFP is not close to your application date?
Nothing like that...everything is correct and I have submitted the email with the same AFP... As per my knowledge, AFP is valid for a year.
