I got the below reply from my local MP.. Sounds non-committal..
Good afternoon,
I am writing this on behalf of Luke Gosling OAM MP, Federal Member for Solomon, in response to your message through our website.
Mr Gosling is empathetic towards your case and concerned about the plight of all eligible applicants who have to wait for unreasonable periods. He already raised his voice when the immigration office was closed in Darwin. Unfortunately, the Government’s priority is to cut down the employee costs which make people like you suffer.
Visa waiting periods have increased for most of the visas. The Member for Solomon will speak to his colleagues in Canberra and lobby for you in appropriate policy forums.
Thank you.
Another Lollipop for 887 applicants

Hello Friends,
Please suggest how I can upload a document when I have already reached the limit. I have one document to upload
You can attach the document with your dependent's application (if any) and mention the document's detail in caption. And if you're only the applicant, directly send them through email with your file no. Nothing complicated or rocket science dear!!

Basically, both of them, in description you'll be mentioning the factory address and will explain the scenario. however, the employer's name, address will be of the recruitment agency's one.

if you're editing some information on form 80, like your partner's employment information, for instance, on page no. "XX or YY" of form 80, edit that page up and mention in captions that "Page 13 or 14 or 20 corrections".
So the previous information will be superseded with the new one.

Sorry what do you mean by "pg xx, yy corrections"

Guys
This is for my friend he worked for biscuit company but recruitment agency paid him
So he has to mention the address of the recruitment agency or biscuit company in FORM 80??
yeah he'll have to mention the ABN number of that recruitment agency(would be mentioned over the payslip) while mention the company's name whom he was working for. I did this and didn't get any trouble.

That's really good that they are clearing block but we have these expectations due to excel sheet that they will pick Feb files within 6-7 month.
They've granted a visa today and this week's quota is over. Have a great long weekend ................ ha ha ha ha

Is it necessary to mention employers ABN number in Employment Details at Form 80??
Yeah it's necessary and would be the same as printed over your payslip too.

Hi Guys,
I just woke up from my bed, brushed my teeth.. Sipping ginger tea with some biscuits and watching some news... Just checking my mobile for the time to get ready for my office.. I called immi today and said in 2 weeks time i have a baby delivery. The call centre girl replied, baby delivery will not affect the processing time. I said my application will be on hold if i dont get the PR before the baby born. She doesn't understand the whole process. I said repeatedly that the my application will be hold for another 8 months. Please inform the CO about my situation. She just typed under my case notes all the concerns and she said it will be reviewed when the case officer picks up my file.
The necessity of the call is to inform my situation to the CO but she just replied it will be reviewed when CO picks up. I'm fed up. I really don't know why there is a discrimination, when MARA Lawyers contact the immi department they just transfer the call to CO but when the respective applicant call them, they never transfer or inform our situation to the CO.
It's really frustrating........!!

Same mate , just frustrating this process
I called them on Friday but a very conventional reply, "Wait for CO to contact you". I said, how many months more 5 or 6? he said, may be ..... ha ha ha ha. ..... This is what we're paying heavy taxes.....

Could someone give me some advice? I am dependent and holding 489 Visa. I already paid 3850$ when I applied 489Visa. I am wondering that when I apply for 887 Visa next month, Will CO request my Ielts certificate? I also found this information: "The second instalment of the visa application charge is not payable if it was previously paid in relation to the subclass 475, 487, 489, 495 or 496 visa the dependant applicant currently holds."?
Thank you so much
You don't have to pay anymore if you've already paid at the time of 489.
