As per the requirement of staying in regional area for 2 years, she counted the days from 11/04/2016 and not from 19/3/2016.  Please suggest.

For that 1 month you went to your home country or on holiday to some other country? Because on my case during my 489 I went to India for nearly 3 months and Thailand for 10 so I just provided Indian pcc once.. No extra documents for my son.. Thanks

As per my experience with certified copy at police station, they didn't accept electronic devices to verify and asked me to get print of documents and they certified from it.
