But no Specific response (just a generic response)

a good option of home based TOEFL ( book within 1-2 days and result within 6-10 days)

Noting that validity of Functional English is just 1 year

Can u confirm in which sections of document u uploaded the functional English proof as there is no specific document section where u can upload the  functional English documents?

For Functional English 

It says 5 year study 

My uni letter states 4 year 

is that the reason they asked again

I believe all correspondence to be via agent/lawyer if you have appointed them.
