Me and my wife are soon moving to Adelaide.

We have a car dealership in Holland wich has been good for the last 7 years. Only the last year has been up and down...

I am wondering if anybody knows how the market is at the moment and has been for the last couple of years?

we sell secondhand cars up to 15k ..and want to continue/start the business in Oz.

Is there someone who started a dealership, would love to get some info.

How will they check or verify that it's been in your posession for 12 months?

Will a sale contract for example of a dealer be enough? Or do the regopapers have to be in your name?

Have you got any news TeamV?

I've been looking into secondhand motorhomes in Oz and compairing prices with the UK. It seems well worth it shipping it over from the UK.

Somewhere next year w'll be looking to buy one in the UK, drive it back to Holland, and ship it to Oz.

We are thinking of buying a mobilehome frome the UK and shipping it from The Netherlands (were we live).

Mobilehomes seem to be much cheaper in europe and a lot more modern then Oz.

I need your guidance. Whilst waiting on the SS I am gathering all the docs for the visa application.

Here goes...

i)When submitting the application do you submit online and attach the docs only or do you send the hard copy as well? What happens if you struggle with the uploading of the docs, do you then only send a hard copy as your application?

ii)My OH is a tradesperson and gets paid weekly. Do I submit payslips for 12 months, which will add up to 48-52 payslips for the year! I will submit the bankstatements that reflects the transfers as well.

HI there Karen, You only have to submit the the docs online if you apply for an online visa. You do not have to send a hard copy what so ever.

If you are getting extra points for work experience, I would submit payslips from 3,5 years back and 1 of every 6 months from then on. That will do!
