Hi guys,

 By the Grace of GOD, I also got the visa Grant today evening

Applied on :17/08/18

complained on 8/11/19  after that 

First contact on 12/11/19: Requested English evidence for spouse and uploaded  the same documents again on next day

after that totally disappointed and no further complaints

 GRANT: 28/04/2020

- Family of 5

Applied on 17 August 2019.first contact on 12 November  2019. Requested the same documents that already submitted. resubmitted the same on the day itself and still waiting.

My spouse has two master degrees with medium of instruction English.I submitted the documents showing the same and  its award as well. Still they asked the english language requirement.  So I uploaded the same documents again.

I am still confused why they asked the evidence for english ? 

AFP was  renewed and Uploaded  before expiry.

You can ask them.. how does the processing time apply to applications.. Ideally it should be when you apply,  as the 887 visa applications are processed as they are received, In your case when you applied it was 7-9 months and hence your application has to be processed in that timeline committed to you.. the increased happen after you applied and hence should not be applied on your application.

If it keeps on increasing.. then you would be in for forever..

I am  also in same situation .waiting for a CO for getting the HAP-ID for my son.He  completed two years . I tried all the options  suggested in this forum.But no luck.

Look at reply I got,

Your child`s application is currently awaiting assessment by the visa processing officer.

 

Once allocated and reviewed by a case officer the documents will be assessed. Then a case officer will contact you with a Hap ID.

Is it necessary to upload photos of applicants for getting the grant of 887 visa?Do we need to do the medical again for 887? We did it for our 489 visa.We also have a 2 year old boy. He got 489 without the medical.He was born in Australia. Do I wait for a CO to allocate HAP ID or should I complete one in advance?
