Can you please tell us if there were children included in your application and if so did you have medicals done for them and what are their ages? Also did you attach passport photos in the section for passport- photograph?

No it was for me and my wife only. But yes I attached mine and my wife passport size photographs. but as per my knowledge yes, newborn medicals are required as my friends did.

You have to get that card reissue after expiry

To make tracked edits in Google Docs, pop open the 'Editing' menu at the top right hand corner of your document. Your Google Doc now functions exactly as a Word Doc when you turn on 'Track Changes' You can see who made the change, when they made it and what the change was, just as you can in Word. Additionally, if you save the document in Word format, these changes will show up in the offline document as Tracked Changes in Word.
