I had uploaded the updated PCC. Did not want to wait for a CO to contact me so all the updated document were uploaded.

Based on what I have read through forums and in my experience, Logically it is not needed if you haven't visited. But after issueing PCC for 489 if you have spent a lot of time in home country before moving here it might be affecting. But this depends on the CO. 

I have seen many people got the grant without an updated PCC. On the other hand there were people asked for an updated PCC.

To be in safe side if you have time bettter to request an updated PCC (whicih I did)

Hello Everyone,

Do my wife has to provide the  PCC from our home country, even when she has not visited our home country after coming to Australia? PCC was provided during the time of 489.

Please advise.

You should try and upload all the required documents in one month of filing the application. But PCC and AFP try uploading in 3rd month (only a suggestion). This was suggested to me by my MARA consultant and i followed the same. Eventually your call.. All the best!!

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and have completed my 2 years here in Adelaide with 1-year full-time work. Could anyone please advise for all the documents that I would require to apply for 887 Visa. I want to upload all the documents in 1 go. I am married and will submit my wife's degree as proof for functional English, I hope this will suffice.
