This is not written in my letter but I am not sure we can book in any clinic or not. Any suggestions please

In my letter they didn't mention that wait until open Victoria lockdown. Please read my letter page. I think we can book any other clinic as well

I also applied in April and after getting 489, I am not visited my country, so I need to do  the PCC or not.
