Just a hello and welcome we live not too far from Port Noarlunga at Seaford Rise and have a son who is the same age as your Sam, Adam he is still at school but works in a coffee shop in Port Noarlunga. When you arrive give us a call and we could meet up for a coffee or beer we have been here 6 years now and settled down south were the best beaches are in my opinion also affordability was other factor too
