    Hi Maj,

I think your child would be fine, dont worries.

May I ask did you have the baby after 489 grant or before? did you do medical examination for you child at 489 grant stage?

Baby born after 489 grant . I wish every thing should fine as we have been waiting since 2April 2019.

    Thanks for blessings

  2. Case officer Contacted us for visa medical, went there and they referred to Paediatrician to check cognitive and development status for our 3 years old kid, after paediatrician's visit I was told my child development is slow although he is mentally fine and physically ok too even with the visa medical the blood test was fine too,

should that affect my visa application any idea if immigration reject the application for this kind of medical issues?

So upsetting time at this stage pray for us

hey @Maj you dont have to be upset, I guess its the normal process if your baby is older than 6 months and born while in 489. Medicals need to be done in a Bupa Centre, the only thing I'm finding a bt different over here is instead of Immigration sending you an email with the HAP ID, bupa contacted you via email for Ped checks.

I missed to type that immi sent hap ID and the child had medical done at bupa and after we received email from bupa in regards of form 884 referral for a paediatrician

I am very upset now , its all upto paediatrician report which will be emailed to bupa medical and they let immigration know .

    God knows

@Maj did you contact Bupa and requested for an appointment before they referred you to a Ped.? I thought the examinations should be done in Bupa centres. Btw How old is your baby, if you don't mind sharing?

Hi Maj , bupa sent me an email referral letter regarding any paediatric  check up, they want to check the development of kid, don't know kid is healthy and Just trying talking, he is 3 years born in Australia after 489 granted. I am upset and trying to find some good paediatrician in Melbourne somewhere.

On the other side immi account changed back to examination in progress from further assessment required.

Don't know what to do any suggestions?

    Should I see lawyer
