Dear 2013 applicants with the grace of almighty I received my pr yesterday.

Application lodged 18 th October 2013

team 13 asked documents 12 january

team 13 asked more clarification on 10th February

case ses officer allocated 28th may

afp asked by officer for my wife

visa granted 12 May 2015

i wish and pray for all 2013 and 2014 applicants to be granted soon..just hang in there..u r not too far as well..

but it please keep following up with case officer as esc report comes from asio, the immigration do not follow this straight away..as they look files every 5 weeks..

No. I m confused. Mishu applied almost same time of me, and he was asked for AFP last month. But for me no one contacted. My agent emailed Immi last month. They said to wait till February and then if we want we can complain to IGIS. So may b I will complain in March.

There are a lot of people who applied before us and still waiting...complain to asio will not make any difference I think...yes my co changed 3 times..first one allocated on May 2014,asked for my passport copy(colour), 2nd co asked for afp for my wife and then again another co asked for afp for my wife again on 24th dec since then nothing...my agent sent a follow up email but got reply from another officer saying same thing that time frame depends from case to case so can't tell the exact date...

Still waiting and waiting since 2013 October...team 13 asked for form 80 and resume on jan 2014,co allocated at May...since then co changed 3 times...last month asked for afp for my wife...again no response...don't know how long we have to wait...nationality Bangladesh...

Just a question: Didn't you submitted AFP certificate of you wife while you submit your application on 18th oct 2013? or DIBP is asking the AFP cert for 2nd time? Thanks

No didnt..coz my wife just came 2 days ago before I apply..u need afp when u r in Aus for more then 12 months...

Good News for Bangladeshi Applicants!!!!

 

There are some good news since last couple of months as at least 6 applicants got their golden emails for 887.

there was one all most earlier Applicant in SA who was waiting for 20 months and got PR last week.

All other got after waiting 14 or 16 months

At least the barricade is removed!!!

Let's wait and see !!!!!!!!!

just an update...today immi asked for my wife AFP certificate...applied on 18th October 2013...nationality Bangladesh..don't know how long this will take to be approved.

Waiting game is not easy , too much stress unable to plan the future 18.5 months almost

I applied August 2013, my file is in security check. I m from BD. One of my friend( BD too) is hindu, he has applied 887 January 2013 and still waiting. So I don't think they target only Muslim, but probably country.

just want to know the applicants who are waiting from 2013. I applied at 18 October, January team 13 asked for resume and form 80.and may case officer allocated and asked for passport copy and ielts for wife..I think it's went too external security check..any ideas how long this will take?? I am from Bangladesh..and applied 887 from 487.

I was single when I entered in Australia on visa 475. Then I back to my country and got married, my wife came over with subclass 489. I do not know if it is the case or not ?

u can't do it online..u have to apply with paper based application as ur wife is not with 487 thats y online system does not recognised ur wife...happened with me as well...best of luck

yes co allocated on 27th may...but in January team 12 asked for form 80 and resume to submit...

co asked for colour scan passport copy and wife's ielts..which is submitted last month...

im from bangladesh....for Bangladeshi people it's going to take more then 7 or 8 months I guess...

i called immi today...they told me I had been allocated to a case officer then again moved from there,currently there is no case officer. It's says till in the process.i got asked for 1176 form and resume in January after that nothing. Waiting and waiting. Applied in 18th October. I think u applied on same month. Which country are u from??

I am looking forword to dis week. I hope ma visa will be granted this weeek.

Man that's really unfair we are waiting more then 6 months already.dont know when they will approved!!been in Australia for 6 years and still waiting on for a reason to stay here..May be they are doing security check as May be i am from high risk country.

Just called my co AH. He is a nice person gave me all the updates. He said to me my file has been marked as completed. So somebody will be looking on it in a week or safe side two weeks. Feeling relax now. Cant wait to get my golden email. )
