Both items available for inspection now (North Brighton) and once deposit is paid, buyers can collect items between 23-27 June (when the packers arrive).

We are leaving Adelaide at the end of next month and our lovely family home in Brighton with pool and rumpus room will be available. Only a few minutes walk to Brighton secondary school and Paringa Park primary. Nice park opposite the house and decent size swimming pool. Beach, shops and Hove station are only a short distance away, good size garden, lovely quiet road and plenty of parking space. Asking $480 a week rental, with inspection being planned in the coming week. Get in early if you are interested and pm me for more info.
